New builds, renovations, or a service call — one crew St. Thomas counts on.

"I have obtained the service from a few other plumbing companies in the past but none of them compare to the quality, professionalism and customer care that I received from Total Plumbing Solutions. They are quick, efficient and put a lot of care into their work and don't mind explaining and going over what is required for the job. I've had a few jobs done by them and all the staff I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend them over any other companies out there. When you speak to them you'll understand."

"Always great work, very friendly and gets the job done well! Dillon is very patient and gave us great advice for our shower."

"The service we received was amazing. They came back just to answer some questions and explain the process in detail even before we decided to proceed. On the day the work was scheduled, they arrived exactly when they said they would, they put down mats from the entrance to cover the floors to make sure the entire area was protected and left clean. They were friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend their services."

"Can't say enough about these guys, they are great to deal with and awesome service. Highly recommend them if your looking for any plumbing needs!"

"Very happy with the plumbing work done by Total Plumbing Solutions! We are doing a kitchen reno so they moved our sink and dishwasher to a new location and also fixed a pretty bad leak we had in the wall. Found a pipe completely cracked and replaced it. They did a wonderful job, they are very reasonably priced and they're all so friendly. Would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work. Thanks again guys!"

"These guys (Isaiah and Tyler) were great today! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them and Total Plumbing Solutions."

"I am so glad I chose Total Plumbing to do the dishwasher install and do the two taps swap. All along Dillen was a total professional...starting with arriving on time...introducing himself...every part of the job was explained and with assurance on what the result would be...he truly is an asset to your company...I will highly recommend your services to family and friends."

"A good guy, polite and was sorry that he was going to make a mess. Showed me the problem with an explanation of the possibilities of how it may have happened. He repaired it... all in a timely fashion!"

"Thank you for your company's excellent service from my initial inquiry online and promptness of response to booking an appointment. Dillon was professional and friendly. He listened to my needs and offered alternatives. His work was excellent and quick and obviously very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend and use your company's services in the future."

"Excellent service. I was able to talk to someone out of hours right away. The technician arrived exactly when they said they would and was able to fix the problem quickly. I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs."

"Communication was amazing from beginning to end of service including the initiative to reach out and set up SMS contact, notification of arrival times and up to date on route messages. They arrived on time with a friendly greeting. Technician remained friendly, informative and transparent throughout service. Incredible experience all around. Thanks!"

"I've used the team at Total Plumbing Solutions on a number of occasions. Great service and great people. Even had a minor issue the one time and they sent someone right away to resolve the next day. Would highly recommend this company."

"Dillen was professional, and friendly. It was nice dealing with the same person for the quote and install. He got right to work, explain some of the things that he did, and cleaned up after himself. The owner of the company popped in at the end of the job and checked things over. I am very happy with the service I received."

"The guys were able to come earlier than expected, which was awesome. They were respectful, kind and courteous. My dad stood over them, I'm sure he was telling them how to do their job, and they were very patient and I appreciated them for that."

"Our main water shut off was leaking pretty steadily so it was a bit of an emergency/time sensitive situation. My first call was answered within a couple rings and someone was there within an hour to fix it. The job itself looks less than an hour. Excellent, efficient service - couldn't be more happy."

"We have used Adam and his team for years for a variety of jobs including renovations, repairs, service calls, and water treatment systems. They have always done great quality work at a fair price. Very reliable and highly recommended plumbing company."
